DCDT Conference Rescheduled for May 15-17, 2022

Dear DCDT members, presenters, friends and allies:

We are living in extraordinarily uncertain times. In the midst of multiple catastrophic events, the COVID-19 pandemic continues to surge with recent data showing an alarming number of cases and deaths. As we have been planning the hybrid conference this year, we are guided by two basic foundational principles which we are constantly balancing. The first is, of course, safety. And the second is, DCDT’s member desire to connect through both high quality virtual and in-person professional development.

DCDT's 2021 Conference will move to May 15-17 2022 in Myrtle Beach, SC (Pre-Conference May 14, 2022) due to the surging pandemic and all the concerns and issues it raises. We will continue to offer both virtual and in-person attendance in order to provide access to all. We will adjust the 2021 Conference schedule and related information on our website as soon as possible; more information will be sent out by the end of next week. For now, please mark your calendars for May 15-17, 2022 DCDT Conference in Myrtle Beach, SC. All accepted presenters will be able to present in May.

We will not issue a new Call for Proposals and we will not hold any events, in-person or virtual, on Oct. 20-22. The hotel will cancel all reservations for October you do not need to contact the hotel. You will need to rebook your room for May using this link https://book.passkey.com/go/DIVISIONONCAREER

Thank you for your understanding and support as we all navigate these fluid and challenging times.

With appreciation, DCDT
