During the Conference’s three days, there will be over 250 sessions: Transition Assessment; Culturally Responsive Practices, Transition to Postsecondary Education, Innovative Instructional Practices, Transition to Employment, Transition to Independent Living, Family/Community Partnerships in Transition, Self-Determination & Student Involvement, Personnel Preparation/Professional Development, Mental Health Issues, and Practitioner to Practitioner sessions.

In addition, we will share evidence-based practices from our featured DCDT partners and leaders in the transition field from across the country.

Join us for this exciting DCDT Preconference that will give you evidence-based strategies and tools you can use!

The most current applications (apps) for employment, college readiness, and independent living will be reviewed. The presentation will be delivered using multiple platforms including Plickers, Nearpod, and Breakout.edu. Attendees will learn about specific digital programs and how to access additional information from LiveBinder for their implementation in the future.
